Richard Davis Lowell, CFSC board chair

ichard is an established community and business leader. In his recent role as Senior Wealth Director for BNY Mellon, Wealth Management he worked closely with high net worth individuals, families and select not-for-profits by engaging the full capabilities of the firm in three distinct areas: asset management, trust and estate planning and transition planning.  

Richard has over 30 years of experience in the wealth management industry. Before joining BNY Mellon in 2011, he was a Senior Vice President and Private Client Advisor at US Trust and prior to that a Principal and Sales Supervisor at Banc of America Securities (formerly Montgomery Securities).

Richard has served on the Board of Trustees for the American Conservatory Theatre and The Horizons Foundation, and is a past President of the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council. He is also a member of the corporate council for the Contemporary Jewish Museum.

Richard received a BA in Political Science from the UC Los Angeles and holds the CFP designation.
