BIPOC Leadership Fund: to support diverse leadership in Sonoma County. The 2024 BIPOC Leadership Fund grant program is closed. Invitations to the 2025 grant program will be made in Fall 2025.

Grant Program Overview

In 2015, Community Foundation Sonoma County launched the Latino Leadership Fund, and in 2024 it evolved to become the BIPOC Leadership Fund. Community Foundation Sonoma County established the BIPOC Leadership initiative in recognition of the opportunity to support diverse leadership so that our future leaders better reflect our diverse communities. In line with our grantmaking philosophy, we strive to bolster organizations dedicated to elevating and empowering BIPOC communities, particularly through advocacy and leadership initiatives, and to provide adaptable funding to emerging leaders of color who spearhead these local initiatives.
